8.4 Without prejudice to paragraphs 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 but subject to paragraph 8.5, any liability of Us arising from or in relation to your use of Our Site or the Materials (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) will be limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100) unless We otherwise agree in writing.

11. Viruses, hacking and other offences

If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions and Our Site in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions and Our Site in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
14.3 If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the relevant provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions which will remain in full force and effect.
